COVID-19 UPDATE: TELEHEALTH ONLY, OFFICE CLOSED
Due to the CDC recommendations, we are physically closing our office from May 1st through May 31st.
We will reopen on June 1st.
Based on the recent guidance by Governor Hogan, we are asking all patients to attend their appointments via telehealth until instructed otherwise. Our admin staff has previously sent instructions on this modality. We are taking the initiative to schedule virtual appointments and ask that you look out for an email with a zoom link from admin@ecpsyciatry.com. This will be required to attend a virtual visit. If your therapist is using a different telehealth modality, she will let you know prior to the scheduled visit. Our admin staff can answer any questions you may have about this process and facilitate making all appointments. In the event you feel as though an in person appointment is necessary, the medication management providers (Dr Mattai and Kimberly Lim) can see you for a face to face visit. However, we would like to limit this as much as possible.
Our office remains open and can handle all requests for appointments/medication refills/etc. We will have an administrative staff member on site everyday to assist with such issues--so please call the office if you need any assistance Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we all navigate this issue.
