Liz graduated from the University of Delaware with a Business degree in Business Management. After working as a contractor for the National Institutes of Health for several years, she decided to pursue her passion in counseling. Liz graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a focus in school. She practices primarily in the secondary school setting with adolescents to young adults surrounding areas of transition, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. As a licensed counseling professional, she works with individuals who are experiencing difficulties throughout life. It is her goal to help clients identify the areas causing conflict and together depict realistic strategies to empower clients to see realistic change in their lives.
