Due to DEA and State of MD requirements regarding controlled substances, we will be requiring in-person appointments for anyone prescribed a controlled substance beginning August 1, 2021. If you are not taking a controlled substance, we encourage you to come in person for your appointment.
In order to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our staff, please adhere to the following guidelines.
- Maintain social distancing. Our waiting room and adjoining conference room allows for adequate social distancing while waiting for your appointment.. We kindly request that you avoid bringing family members or friends to your visit except when essential to your care.
- (PPE). Our providers and staff will be using PPE. We also ask that you arrive for your appointment wearing a face mask and wear it for the duration of your visit.
- Symptoms-- Please do not come to our office if you have any signs/symptoms of COVID (ie: cough, fever, shortness of breath). We have a touchless thermometer that can be used to screen patients.
- Clean and sanitize regularly. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the office and request that you use it when you arrive, and additionally as often as needed.
