Amanda is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She provides compassionate, individualized care to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. She has a special interest in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. As the mother of an autistic child, Amanda brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. She recognizes that every person’s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique, and she believes effective treatment begins with truly listening to the individual—not simply focusing on a diagnosis or list of symptoms. Amanda’s approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. She combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical strategies tailored to each person’s goals. Her priority is to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients feel seen, understood, and empowered to achieve greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
