Caroline Cohen, LCSW-C is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, navigating challenging life transitions, and crisis stabilization. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Salisbury University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based and client-centered care.
Caroline’s therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with both mindfulness and strengths-based techniques, allowing her to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs. She believes that sometimes everyone needs a little support, and she is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
