Elizabeth Ryan , LCPC

Liz graduated from the University of Delaware with her Bachelor's of Science. She went on to earn her Master's in Counseling with a Concentration in School Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Liz is experienced in working with adults, children (over 12 years old), and couples in an outpatient and school setting.

Liz is also a clinical supervisor for Licensed Clinical Graduate Counselors (LGPC). Liz focuses on using a multitude of counseling treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. As an LCPC, her approach to therapy is informed by over 10 years of experience.

She brings humor and thoughtfulness to some of life's toughest challenges. Everyone experiences life transitions, difficulty with family/friend dynamics, anger and mood fluctuation, but Liz works through these areas with validation and consistency. She helps individuals learn coping skills through a decision making process. She has an ability to easily relate to individuals and provide a comfortable space for them to share their experiences.
