Jennifer has a deep reverence to the power of touch and the abundant healing elements immediately available at each of our fingertips. Medicine can be a magic that exists within and all around every piece of this existence; the
invitation is there for us to accept when we are ready.
With more than ten years of background conducting therapeutic recreation in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, Jennifer is highly attuned to the sensitive nature of transition and the importance of presence and connection
through, and with, life’s changes. By means of her work with our elderly and their caregivers, she was inspired to learn more about human anatomy, kinesiology and pathology, and the profound curative effects of touch, connection and reciprocity. She is passionate about finding sustainable solutions to opportunities, not only with her clients, but also in the community.
To her, sustainability is achieved through self agency and accessibility and Jennifer’s work, on and off the table or mat, is dedicated to facilitating these concepts.

Her trauma-informed approach and extensive training in nervous system regulation gently welcome you to ground and repattern. Each session incorporates suggestions and techniques to help “drop in” and remember that
your body and breath is a safe place, just for you. Sessions address physical, mental and energetic concerns and are catered uniquely to your needs and experience.

Jennifer completed her massage training at Baltimore School of Massage in 2014. She is nationally certified (NCBTMB) and registered as a Massage Practitioner in the state of Maryland (2015). She is certified to practice Thai
Folk Medicine (including prenatal Thai bodywork; 2018), and has completed training in Ayurvedic techniques and applications (2021). Jennifer is experienced in prenatal and postpartum work, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
